FT2 operators generating QRM over DXpeditions

It is unfortunately very common to see FT2 operators generating QRM over frequencies used for DXpeditions. The DXpeditions were planned before FT2 was created, use well advertised frequencies, and there are hundreds of operators interested in copying their signals (which are often weak, since they are crossing the whole globe). Then, a few FT2 operators doing local contacts start transmitting over the DX and ruin an activity that took years in the planning, and frustrating hundreds of people hoping to contact them. This kind of behaviour will make FT2 unpopular very quickly.
