The window for entering the log does not always appear

Hello, I use the software on Linux with CQRLOG as a remote application.
In the settings, "Prompt me to log QSO" is selected. Unfortunately, the window doesn't always appear in FT8; instead, the QSO is logged directly in CQRLOG (7 times via the window, 3 times via direct logging). In FT2, it's usually logged directly. I use the window to enter the current transmit power, so it’s a bit annoying that this error keeps happening.
The version is 1.5.5 as an AppImage.
I'm confused because it works sometimes – and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know where to look for the error.
