I’ve been experiencing an issue for the past two days with my setup:
Decodium4 latest version
AetherSDR latest version
FlexRadio Flex6500
Ubuntu latest version
When I try to start a transmission, Decodium cannot activate AetherSDR, which controls my Flex6500. Everything was working perfectly before. No changes on my side.
What I observed:
Test with WSJT‑X → same behaviour
RX audio (via aethersdr-dax-1) → perfect decoding
Manual Tune in AetherSDR → clean TX peak + SPE amp responds
During a real QSO, monitoring shows: Hamlib PTT stays at 0 even though Decodium generates audio
Conclusion: audio and PTT are never active at the same time → nothing goes out on air
Comparison test:
On Windows 11, with SmartSDR and WSJT‑X, everything works normally.
Has anyone already faced this issue, or does anyone have an idea of the cause?
